I work with a range of healing modalities. I start by first uncovering the root cause of any issue presenting in your life. Once the origin of your problem or issue is known, healing can be applied, allowing you to move forward in life unburdened and empowered.

Services Offered

Regression Therapies - uses hypnotherapy to safely access past memories stored in the client's unconscious mind. Through the exploration of past memories and application of various healing techniques, positive changes and profound healing can occur in the client's life.

Types of Regression therapies available:

• Past Life Regression  - can help you understand your life purpose, intended soul lessons for this lifetime, as well as gain a deeper understanding of who you truly are and why you are living this life.

• Life Between Life Regression - can help you understand your life purpose and soul agreements made prior to birth. Why you chose this body and particular life experience, as well as gain knowledge from your soul family and ask questions of highly evolved beings.

• Current Life Regression - involves the exploration of current life memories from prenatal moments to the present day. Can assist in the healing of phobias or traumatic life events. 

Family Constellations

Developed in the mid 1990's by Bert Hellinger, a German psychotherapist, Family Constellations is a healing modality, that can be used to address any presenting issue in a client's life. Family Constellations involves the review of a client's family system, bringing to light hidden family dynamics, repeating generational patterns and entanglements. It is a restorative process, which reconnects and heals disruptions within a family system.

Disruptions can be anything from war, racism, addictions, physical or emotional trauma, forgotten or missing children, or any event or occurence that has negatively impacted a family. Disruptions that are not acknowledged and healed can cause rifts to appear, creating issues within a family system such as illness, disconnection, addiction, negative beliefs, behaviours and emotions. Such issues or burdens are normally passed down at an unconscious level from one generation to another.

The work done in Family Constellations helps uncover disruptions, acknowledges they have occurred and unburdens younger generations by allowing them to pass back to prior generations, baggage carried which doesn't belong to them. By undergoing this process, order can be restored to the client's family system,  which in turn can bring about positive shifts in the client's life and members of their family.

Face Reading

Our face is the blueprint of who we are and who we may become. All our facial features, and lines on the face tell the story of our life events - past, present, and future, as well as our personality, health, talents and strengths, challenges and weaknesses.

A face reading session will provide you with the unique opportunity to connect on a deeper level with who you really are. Acknowledging your strengths and talents, creating more balance in your life, as well as allowing you to rediscover aspects of yourself that are hidden, waiting to be acknowledged.

Reiki Energetic Healing

Reiki energetic healing is a deeply relaxing, transformative, spiritual experience, in which multi-dimensional energies are channelled from the earth and spiritual dimensions. I use a combination of Reiki, Ashati and Alsemia healing to channel energy along the meridian lines, into the seven main chakras, and into the body's organs and systems.

Healing energy directed throughout your entire being, helps to balance and unblock your chakras, clear your core, relieve physical and emotional stress, and provide you with more energy, vitality, and general wellbeing. Feedback about your body, energy levels, as well as any intuitively received guidance will be shared with you after the healing.

All services are offered online via Zoom, or in person from my home studio in Turramurra NSW. Both methods are equally successful, with results being the same.
