Meegan is a qualified counsellor who provides in-person and telehealth video sessions. Her long-standing interest in health and wellbeing, as well as her personal experiences with a rare chronic illness, trauma, anxiety and burnout, provide her with understanding and compassion for those struggling with daily living.
She brings kindness, mindfulness and body awareness to sessions, and uses a wide range of techniques with a holistic focus to help her clients understand how all aspects of their life contribute to their experiences and emotions.
Working closely with Meegan will allow you to investigate what is going on for you and why, and work towards developing a calm and peaceful state of being. Meegan is the author of "The Shadow Pandemic: Three Reforms for the Post-Pandemic Mental Healthcare System", a recent paper that examines the effects of the pandemic on mental health in Australia.
