We are able to provide services in weight management, diabetes management and specific care plans to prevent the onset of further chronic conditions. We may compliment a dietician’s services as well by encouraging exercise in a supervised setting alongside the changes you are making to your diet. We are also able to provide specific treatment plans to help strengthen your muscles and reduce the risk of wear and tear on your bones.

If you are concerned about deteriorating joint spaces or early signs of osteoporosis, our team can help. We are able to provide specific treatment plans to help strengthen your muscles and reduce the risk wear and tear on your bones.
