Women’s Health and Natural Therapies
Natural therapies have much to offer in improving the balance and wellbeing of women.
Natural therapies help women to maintain their optimum level of health with dietary and lifestyle guidelines and non-drug remedies such as herbal tonics and nutritional supplements.
Many physical and emotional symptoms can be experienced by women in the premenstrual phases of their cycles.
Effective herbal tonics and supplements are available to correct the hormonal imbalances that cause many symptoms.
Herbal remedies can aid in improving fertility. The most beneficial effects are achieved after consultation with a qualified natural therapist. A suitable herbal tonic and supplements can be prescribed and prepared.
The use of natural therapies in treating the varied menopausal symptoms is effective and does not produce uncomfortable or dangerous side effects.
There is a long history of the use of herbs containing plant oestrogens to help manage hot flushes and other menopausal symptoms including mood swings, insomnia, fatigue and headaches.
