With over 8 years of experience, Nadia is a qualified Holistic Nutritionist, clinical nutritionist, aromatherapist, holistic wellness coach and a gut health coach for general wellness, mental health and epilepsy. During her studies for her qualifications she also worked as a qualified reflexologist which is a therapy that uses gentle pressure on specific points along your feet to help improve health issues, pain etc.
She also has personal experienced with being a carer
for her son who has been diagnosed with Epliplsy for the past 5 years with on going behaviour issues.
