Hi, I’m Polly (she/her). I help individuals and couples explore ethical non-monogamy in ways that are safe, compassionate, and aligned with their deepest values. My coaching isn’t about rigid rules—or jumping straight into the deep end. I believe in building relationships that feel free, connected, and honest, in whatever form that takes for you.

I specialise in working with couples who are early in their ENM journey and unsure where to start. It’s common for one partner to feel eager and excited, while the other is more cautious. I help you find a healthy middle ground that honours both of your needs. We often explore themes like jealousy, boundary-setting, and how to open up in a way that feels grounded and respectful.

Whether you’re just curious, navigating a tricky dynamic, or looking to deepen your connections, I’m here to offer clarity, tools, and non-judgmental support. My work blends evidence-based relationship strategies with lived experience, nervous system wisdom, and deep respect for your unique path.

Outside of 1:1 coaching, I also facilitate a weekly ENM Support Circle, workshops, and events to help folks in the ENM space feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
