With over 20 years of experience in the welfare and health sectors, Gemma brings a deeply compassionate and holistic approach to her kinesiology practice. Her career has spanned government, private, and non-profit organisations, where she has worked extensively with individuals facing complex challenges, including mental health concerns, substance dependency, and trauma.

Gemma’s foundation in therapeutic group work, counselling, and wellness education has naturally evolved into her passion for kinesiology—a modality that aligns with her belief in treating the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. Through her practice, she integrates her clinical insight with energetic healing techniques to support clients in achieving balance, resilience, and lasting well-being.

As the founder of Rise Integrated Wellness, Gemma offers personalised kinesiology sessions, wellness coaching, and tailored programs that empower individuals to reconnect with their innate capacity for healing. Her leadership experience and background in staff training also inform her work with organisations, where she facilitates workshops focused on stress management, emotional regulation, and workplace wellness.
