Our health clinic is based in the Noosa Hinterland near Pomona. We offer online consultaions as well as in person consultations, yoga classes and workshops.

We are passionate about providing holistic health care, meaning that all aspects of you are being taken in consideration and the treatments are tailored to you.

By listening deeply and taking time to understand the situation we look at treating in a holistic fashion, addressing root causes to bring you more effective and lasting results.

Helen is the main practicioner and has been working in the health industry for over 10 years and is honored to share her knowledge and support clients with naturopathy and Chinese medicine combined. A bachelor and a double master degree plus the working experience have made Helen realise everyone is still unique, but experience is very helpful.

Helen will take an in depth look at your current condition, your health history, environment and diet. Following assessment a treatment plan will be developed specifically for you. Often including Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Diet and Life Style Therapy.
