A session begins with a discussion about your presenting issues. Rebecca is experienced in many modalities including Clairvoyant Healing, Crystal Light Healing, Kinesiology, Angel Therapy and much more.
Rebecca channels information for you with great clarity and detail. As this information is brought to your awareness, Rebecca facilitates healing through the guidance and messages she receives. She weaves healing frequencies from the angelic realm, earthly realms, starry realms, sacred geometry, Archangels, Ascended Masters, our Ancestors, colour rays, sound, light and more from all 8 dimensions.
Common healing techniques are:
Chakra/Aura/Channel/Meridian Balancing By removing blockages and maximizing energy flow, Rebecca will enable body, mind & spirit to function optimally. This is the foundation of all energy healing. Healthy chakras = healthy you!
Channelling messages from Spirit Guides, Angels, Archangels & Ascended Masters will often appear during a session and Rebecca will channel their messages of healing and guidance to you.
Past Life Releases This is deeply therapeutic on all levels. Unresolved past lives can have a great impact on your life today as you repeat the same patterns. Rebecca describes the life in great detail and releases it with the help of your angels and guides. Because the energies are getting stronger up to and beyond 2012, Rebecca often clears ‘clusters’ of lives.
Genetic Repatterning Many belief systems are held within our DNA and can come down via our parents or our own soul lineage. Rebecca is able to clear these deep wounds within in the DNA. This is deeply healing and transformative.
Inner Child Aspects Often Rebecca will see one of your inner children, which is yourself at a certain age, where a sabotaging pattern or emotional issue first surfaced. This child may want to communicate with you. It may need reparenting, healing or another technique guided by your angels. This healing is incredibly deep as you transform and release lifelong patterns.
Relationship with Parents and other family – our parents are major influences in our lives and set up many unconscious patterns and belief systems. Rebecca can help heal old wounds and move to forgiveness and understanding.
Emotional Blockages There may be particular emotions held in your energy, for example – anger, resentment or guilt. These emotions are cleared from your energy system, allowing positive energy to return.
Cords of Attachment Energetically you may be connected to someone from this lifetime or a past lifetime. This cord may be draining your energy. Often the cords are connected to people we are close to – partners, parents or children. Rebecca will facilitate cutting these cords so that your energy can function at its optimum level.
Archetypal energies – many people are playing out roles in their lives that are draining their energies and keeping them limited. The most common examples are Victim, Rescuer and Controller. Rebecca help to understand and heal these patterns so that you can embrace your potential.
Energy Upgrades There are a variety of treatments such as energy gridline upgrades, rejuvenation and rainbow treatments, heart/mind balances etc that leave you feeling refreshed and energised!

Soul Fragments – through pain or trauma we often push away aspects of ourselves such as JOY or TRUST. When it is appropriate Rebecca will integrate these Soul Fragments into your energy field once more.
Vibrational Remedies – Essences hold strong frequencies to assist in healing. Rebecca chooses to work predominantly with Essence of Angels, Shell Essences & White Light Essences. She has found these to be incredibly powerful in assisting her clients’ healing journeys. If essences are guided by spirit as part of the session, they are included in the session fee. All essences are non toxic and safe for the whole family, including pets.
Rebecca has been taught many other techniques by her guides which can arise during your session. Examples are clearing sabotage programs & beliefs, birth issues; balancing of yin/yang energies; understanding soul contracts/vows/curses, relationship karma & more. Rebecca’s in-depth knowledge and experience allows her to truly treat you as an individual. She does not follow any script or pattern and is often guided by angels to use new techniques.
Rebecca continuously describes what she is sensing. Because there is a lot of information to take in, Rebecca digitally records the session and emails it to you free of charge. You can re-listen to the session on your computer or iPod to gain further insights.
