Dry Needling is used to reduce local muscle tone (tightness) that has been determined to be resulting in dysfunction that doesn’t indicate any benefit will be achieved using other manual techniques. 

Your therapist will examine you to ascertain the most efficacious treatment for your situation and discuss whether yours is one that would respond well to Dry Needling. Your practitioner will work with you and base your treatment on your training and competition schedule.
