We offer beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners a variety of classes and courses to cater for. If you've never done Yoga before, or have a long-held regular practice, one of our classes will make you feel at home. Likewise, our Yoga program is not limited to the physically fit and competent, but is practiced by people of all ages and health statuses.
From beginners and meditation courses to workshops on vegetarian cooking, seasonal healing, holistic wellbeing, chanting and listening to inspirational guest speakers, you can come on a casual drop-in basis, or attend one of our wonderful courses or workshops.We have available a number of class pass options, and host Satsangs fortnightly. We do daily 1-5 day retreats. We can also customize corporate and civic group services.
