Our highly skilled massage therapist will come to your home, office or holiday accommodation or can also treat you in his own private clinic in Tewantin surrounded by bushland on the Sunshine Coast.

Cranio-sacral Therapy and Myofascial Release – 1 hr $90.00
Mobile Massage – 1hr $100.00

Cranio-sacral Therapy and Myofascial Release are very gentle techniques which when used in combination with each other are highly effective for addressing most musculoskeletal problems in both adults and children. This massage helps dramatically to boost general well being, improve quality of sleep, increase energy and enhance the functioning of all the bodys organs as well as having a long lasting effect on restoring and relieving postural imbalances and physical injuries.


 

Remedial Massage – 1hr $80.00/ 1.5 hrs $110.00
Mobile massage – 1hr $100.00/1.5hrs $150.00

This massage is a treatment that manipulates the soft tissue structures of the body to promote the bodys natural healing process and restore proper functioning physically, physiologically, and emotionally. Remedial massage effectively reduces pain and restores function to your nerves, fascia and connective tissue.It will enhance vitality and wellbeing, whilst at the same time offer healing to a specific injury, strain or illness by allowing the bodies natural healing processes to become more efficient.


 

Sports Massage – 30mins $50.00 / 1hr $100.00
Mobile Massage – 1hr $100.00

This is a deep tissue massage useful for treating sports or occupational injuries. Sports massage is a specialised form of soft tissue and myofascial massage which treats specific muscle problems. Sports massage helps to promote recovery from muscle strain and injury, prevent recurrence of injury or pain as well as improve sport performance through correcting body alignment and biomechanics.


 

Therapeutic Massage – 1hr $80.00 / 2hrs $150.00
Mobile Massage – 1hr $100.00 / 2hrs $170.00

This massage form uses techniques of Swedish massage to offer a calming and relaxing massage for the whole body. It is a very restorative massage as it helps allow the nervous system to relax. It is also a wonderful release for tired muscles and the use of organic high grade oils helps to nourish the skin and increase blood circulation throughout the entire body.

* All massages are performed by a qualified therapist who holds a diploma in remedial massage and is also health fund registered.


 

About the Massage Therapist

Lucas Sayagh is an experienced therapist with a Remedial Massage Therapy Diploma from the New South Wales School of Massage. He has practised extensively with Physiotherapists and Chiropractors and has a specialised interest in Sports injuries. He also has chosen to focus on the healing technique of Cranio-Sacral and Myofascial Release as he believes the profound approach used in this massage offers a very deep sense of release on an emotional and physical level.

The Yoga Instructor

Emily Curtis is a dedicated teacher trained in an authentic tradition of Hatha and Raja yoga by her teacher Acharya Upendra Roy, in Sydney. She has been practicing yoga since 1998 and began teaching in 2002. Her passion for yoga took her to India several times where she spent extended periods studying yoga and yogic philosophy with various teachers in the Iyengar Tradition and the Sivananda Tradition.

In 2012 Emily published a book which is a collection of Acharyas teachings and notes of his life titled ‘The Teachings on Hatha and Raja Yoga of Acharya Upendra Roy’.

Most recently Emily began to combine her love of travelling with her love of teaching yoga and has run various retreats and workshops in Sydney, India, Portugual and France. She has also taught with the Byron School of Yoga in Sydney, Yoga in Daily Life in Sydney and at Acharyas Yoga and Meditation Center, Sydney’s longest established yoga school.

Emily personalises her classes to the students needs teaching a wholistic approach to yoga using Pranayama, Asana, Relaxation and Meditation which aim to offer the student an experience of true peace which they can carry with them into their everyday life.
