Prenatal Yoga can be seen as a child birth preparation class where we help you to develop skills and coping mechanisms to help birth your baby, stay stable and strong throughout your pregnancy, ease any aches and pains and also the opportunity to bond with your baby and other Mums. We are able to do this by centering (both mentally and physically), stretching and breath work.
