Hi, I’m Bethany!

I’m the director and sole Naturopath at The Community Naturopath. I've completed my Bachelor of Health Sciences degree, majoring in Naturopathic Medicine and my goal is to support people in health to sustain a long and fulfilling life and to minimise the disruption of life caused due to illness. Have a moment now, and think about what life would like for you, if you no longer were battling constant fatigue. Would you say yes to more social outings, would you holiday in destinations further from home? Would you book that overseas trip with your partner or friends? Would you go back to playing the sports you love? Would you spend more time with family? I've seen first hand, and personally experienced the effects that illness & disease has on quality of life. 

Have you been to your Dr, and been told that 'everything looks normal'? Have you left a Dr's office feeling disheartened and unsure of the next steps to take? 

I started studying because I love food, nutrition & herbal medicine. I completed my degree and started seeing clients, because I saw first hand how powerful these interventions can be in regaining quality of life, supporting & managing symptoms whilst working to resolve the underlying condition (it takes time & commitment). I whole heartedly enjoy meeting people to support them in health and the stories of success in quality of life regained is fuel towards my purpose and commitment to this role as a Naturopath.

I support you with a less is more approach, I want you to get the most out of life, with the least intervention necessary. Let’s start by building a strong foundation, and continue to add powerful habits over time for a sustainable future in health.
