Theresa spent her childhood lost in an imaginary world, where she found herself in faraway places across space and time. This was her way of dealing with a life in which she felt she didn't belong. Because the harshness and brutality of people's choices was perplexing and felt cruel and isolating, Theresa filtered her emotions, which frequently left her in overwhelm.

She eventually accepted that she saw and understood the world differently than those around her. Her inability to fit in was a gift she could start unwrapping. She also realised that any change in her life had to come from within herself in order to be effective. Learning and releasing a lot about her past, relationships, the world as she saw it, and her place in it enabled her to start healing.

Theresa's Healing Approach

Theresa considers love to be an energy with a frequency. It is quantifiable. Our hearts, like our brains, have an electromagnetic field. When we feel emotions, we can measure them by calculating the electric charges that emanate from our heart.

According to neuroscience, our thoughts create our reality. Our thoughts cause our brains to fire neurons, creating lines of code to support that thought. That thought then communicates with the body via a chemical cocktail, which we call an emotion. If we carefully choose our thoughts, our hearts will start to emit frequencies and information of our choosing.

Our interactions with others and with the world are then influenced by the field of information we emit. Through our thoughts, we begin to create our reality.
