How It Works

A Ka Huna practitioner works with your energy using their hands, forearms, and elbows. They apply soft and deep-tissue massage while moving around the table, keeping their movements in sync with the soothing music in the background to enable your energy to flow freely and continuously within you.

Anyone regardless of their age can benefit from this massage technique. Aside from alleviating stress, depression and fatigue, Ka Huna serves as a complementary treatment for an ailment. What’s more, it gives you mental clarity to handle difficult issues concerning your relationship or work.

Our practitioners took up formal Ka Huna training with Mette’s Institute at High Spirits Retreat, which is accredited by several massage associations in Australia.

Aside from performing Ka Huna massage, they are also qualified counsellors and educators on the Huna philosophy.
