Like many practitioners in the helping professions, it was through my own life struggles that brought me here. My ‘dark nights of the soul’ compelled to find another way, a better way, as you may be seeking yourself right now.

I've been in the same place you are; perplexed, overpowered, focused, on edge, in depression, sadness, disarray, turmoil. Also, I know there's a way out.
