RTT uses many of the breakthrough aspects of Hypnosis, Hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to achieve powerful lasting results for a range of emotional or behavioural conditions. I use specific RTT therapy methods in my treatment sessions to arrive at a strategy that will be most beneficial to my clients. They reach breakthroughs, resolve past hurts and blocks, and rapidly move forward.
Hypnotherapy is the main tool I use to access the subconscious mind. This is where our beliefs and habits stem from and where we need to work to facilitate change.

Together we identify what triggered the unwanted behaviour or emotional discomfort and then we use techniques to deeply heal and rewire new healthy and beneficial beliefs into the subconscious.
Many issues only require one session, but some people benefit from follow-up sessions, especially if the challenges they are facing concern depression, anxiety or complicated weight loss.
I create a bespoke recording for every client to listen to at home and this wires in the new beliefs permanently.
In-person sessions are available at my clinic or they can just as easily be conducted over zoom if you prefer this.
