FAQ’s

What Should I expect in my first session? With your initial session with us you will be with us for 1 hour; of which we will take some of this time to discuss what has happened to lead you to this point at Whole Heart Wellness and what you would like to achieve.

What is NLP Coaching? NLP translates to Neuro Linguistic Programming. It explores the deep connection between Neurological processes, internal and external dialogue and our individual behaviour. When you work with a NLP practitioner you will discover freedom from negative emotions and experiences.

Can I be hypnotised? Yes, you can. If you arrive at your appointment with an open mind and a willingness to experience hypnosis, you can be hypnotised.

Am I in control while hypnotised? Yes, you will. You will remain in total control the entire time you are under hypnosis.

How Many appointments will I need? This depends on your individual requirements. I do require a minimum commitment of three sessions to treat smoking and other addictions through hypnotherapy.

Do you do past life regressions? I don’t. Hypnotherapy relies somewhat on the imagination to create and visualise change, whereas past life regression relies heavily on the contribution of the imagination and often results in false memory syndrome.
