ABOUT YOGA NATURE:

Welcome! Yoga Nature provides a relaxed and nurturing space where students of all levels can practice together to achieve the wonderful benefits of Yoga. Classes are conducted in the Hatha tradition, including asana (poses), pranyama (breath techniques), and dhyana (meditation), that aim to cultivate a pure state of health and wellbeing.

Inspired by the ancient traditions of Yoga and the Natural world, Yoga Nature embodies a holistic approach to Yoga, seeking to find the best practice to suit the individual, and to help students find balance in this beautiful and busy world, so they can move through life with freedom and grace.

CLASS INFORMATION:
  • All classes run over the school terms, duration 6 – 12 weeks.
  • Term 20 September: – 21st December.
  • Classes run for 75 minutes.
  • Payment by cash or bank transfer only.
  • Trial class for free at the Montmorency studio!

    THE YOGA STUDIO IN MONTMORENCY:
    • The Yoga Studio at Ananda Wellness Centre is fully carpeted with heating and cooling, in a beautiful tranquil setting.
    • Mats, pillows and blankets are provided. All you need is water and comfortable clothing. We practice in bare feet so please leave your shoes outside the Yoga room.

  • ABOUT NATALIE:

    Natalie is a certified Yoga Teacher, whose inspiration and experience draws from her qualifications obtained in Australia, as well as her travels and studies throughout India. Natalie is a member of Yoga Australia, and completed an Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching through CAE Melbourne. Further to her qualifications in Yoga Teaching, Natalie has completed units of study in Naturopathy and Mind-Body Medicine which enrich not only her teachings but also her understanding of the human body and it’s innate capacity to heal and rebalance.

    Natalie’s passion for Yoga began when she started taking classes to balance her busy work-life in a fast-paced corporate industry. She was so amazed by the sense of health & wellbeing that Yoga brought her that she travelled to India, where she lived and studied the art of Yoga in its many forms. Here, Natalie developed a deep sense of clarity and comprehension in the benefits of Yoga, resolving to become a Yoga Teacher and to help others in their journey of mind/body-awareness, self-healing and discovery.
