About

YOGATIME, conveniently situated on Bondi Rd ,is a vinyasa (flowing) yoga class. The class is taught in an intimate setting of 2 – 17 students, ensuring all students get plenty of personal attention. It is suitable to all levels. Each class is different so a wide variety of postures and body parts will be covered, never a dull moment. Be prepared to workout, have fun and leave feeling ultra relaxed and centred. All levels, ages, and shapes and sizes are welcomed to practice at Yogatime. Come in and try the 10 day for $20 intro special.

PREPARING FOR A CLASS

All classes start on time please be at least 5 minutes early, 10 minutes early for new students. The doors open 20 minutes prior to each class.

Enter through the pharmacy, or the back way on Castlefield Lane (parallel to Bondi Rd) look for the YOGATIME signs.

Dress in light stretchy clothing.

Mat provided free first class, $2 for rent for following classes or bring your own, we also sell mats at the yoga studio.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Essentials: Focusing on the fundamentals of yoga, alignment points are explained to students. Suitable to all level students.

Open: Optional progressive postures are offered to students, there will also be modifications for new students, each student can chose which level of posture they would like to do. Suitable to all levels.

Flow N Let Go: The perfect way to unwind at the end of your week. Starting with fluid postures to build some heat in your body then the bulk of the class will be slower paced postures, held longer, will ensure you dive deep into your flexibility. Suitable to all levels.

Progressive: This is a class for students who are looking to challenge themselves and take their practice to a new level. Students will learn some more advanced asanas and build serious strength while having lots of fun. If you don’t fall out of a posture or two in this class you are not pushing yourself. Recommended to students who have a regular practice.


All classes are 1hr 15min, except 6.30am classes which are 1hr.
