Brita Lee Reiki Training

I am a fully accredited Reiki Master/Sensei in both Western style Reiki (Usui Shiki Ryoho) and Japanese Traditional Reiki (Usui Reiki Ryoho), and have been training Reiki practitioners and teachers since 1997. Although the Reiki styles vary in the techniques taught, the Reiki universal healing energy is the same. All come directly from the teaching of Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of the Reiki System of Natural Healing.

Reiki I gives you all you need to begin the journey of healing yourself and those around you. Whether decide to become a practitioner or to only use Reiki for yourself, family and friends, you will be confident that you have Reiki in your hands no mattter where you are. Once you  have received the four attunements from a fully qualified Reiki Master/teacher, Reiki is with you for life and you never need to be re-attuned. And the more you use it, the more Reiki will flow through you.

Reiki is a gentle, unconditionally loving wisdom energy. It is non-invasive and cannot cause harm to anyone. It cannot go against free will. It is not a religion or belief system, so does not interfere with one's beliefs or non-belief. Being a sceptic does not affect the attunements as Reiki does not depend on faith or belief. People with a disability can benefit from Reiki. I have attuned my cats to Reiki. Animals love Reiki when they get used to it.  Anyone or anything can benefit from Reiki.

I do not offer online or video Reiki courses.  For the Reiki attunements to be permanent, they must be given in person by a fully qualified Reiki Master/Teacher, and the student will have the opportunity in the course to practise Reiki hands-on-healing methods in order for the energy to flow. 

Once you have completed Reiki I and worked with the energy for about three months, you'll be ready to be attuned to Advanced Reiki (Reiki II), and this enables you to do distant healing with Reiki, past life healing and much more. After gaining experience with Advanced Reiki, some may want to go on to teach Reiki. My Master level training is more like an apprenticeship than a weekend workshop and regular practice. 

Reiki can benefit anyone or anything. It's wonderful for children and pets love it too. over the years, the youngest I've attuned was four years old, and the oldest in his eighties.  Reiki is calming and soothing and relieves stress, helping strengthen the immune system as well as helping relieve pain. It doen't replace going to a doctor or hospital if you are seriously ill, but over time self treatment or helping others with Reiki can improve health.
