After working with hundreds of clients one-to-one, she realised that her FEMALE clients would come back with the SAME issues that they had already paid to resolve, and that just didn’t seem fair, because she noticed this wasn't the case with her male clients. 

That didn’t sit right with her and led her down the rabbit-hole to find an answer to the question, “WHY?".

Through her research, it became even more apparent that the personal development, coaching and therapy industries failed women when it came to helping them become their TRUEST, most AUTHENTIC and successful selves. This required a complete facilitation program designed to go beyond simply teaching and certifying because women in business rearely succeed without ongoing support.

So she packaged her decades of knowledge, through having turned her life around from a destitute single mum on the pension to creating several million dollar businesses, helping other women be successful in their own right.

In 2012, the Institute of Women International opened it's doors as a Training School with the sole purpose of helping Women Coaches and Leaders get more lasting and healing transformations for their female clients, using the only FEMALE FORMULATED modality based on the TRUE science of EPIGENETICS.

Her modality, Creatrix®, was designed with the understanding that we CANNOT assume what one's bloodline has experienced throughout generations of accumulated unresolved traumas.
