Emma specialises in remedial massage for sufferers of back, neck, shoulder and head pain. With an extensive background in sport and physical activity, Emma also enjoys working with athletes who are returning from injury or include massage in their on-going body care program.
Aromatherapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy, Relaxation & Sports techniques as well as stretching may be included to give the most effective Remedial treatment and a thoroughly fantastic Massage experience.

About Me!
I have a Diploma of Remedial Massage from the Australian School of Therapeutic Massage and a Bachelor of Education (P.E.) from the University of Ballarat. As an experienced Physical Educator, a qualified therapist and current sports trainer, my understanding of the human body as well as my communication skills are excellent. This means YOU WILL get the benefit of FANTASTIC treatment with a therapist who you can communicate easily with.
My work at Kingston Spinal and Osteopathic Clinic and Hampton Hammers Football Club (and others including triathlon and hockey) means I am experienced in dealing with injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation as well as everyday chronic back, shoulder and neck pain.

What YOU can expect from a treatment.
A treatment includes:
• A thorough initial medical history taken.
• Appropriate pre treatment testing
• A treatment using appropriate techniques,
which may include the following:
- REMEDIAL MASSAGE
(inlcuding Trigger Point Therapy)
- AROMATHERAPY
- HEAT THERAPY
- SPORTS MASSAGE
- STRETCHING
(using Active and Passive Range of Movement techniques)
• Treatment discussion & Management Advice (if necessary).
• Follow up contact (via email/phone) if appropriate.

Where am I located?
I practice at Kingston Spinal and Osteopathic Clinic in Dingley. Appointments are available on Saturday mornings. Appointments are strictly by arrangement only.
**I retain the right to refuse treatment to any individual.
How long are the treatments and how much will it cost?
Treatments are 30/60 mins (Occassionally initial treatments may need longer)
An half an hour massage is $40. An hour massage is $65.00.
Health rebates ARE AVAILABLE with some Health Insurance Providers.
