Asbestosis
Asbestosis is the build up of scar tissues in the lungs due to the inhalation of asbestos fibres. Symptoms of asbestosis include shortness of breath, a persistent cough, spasms, chest pain or tightness, loss of appetite, and changes on an x-ray. Treatment options include stopping exposure to asbestos, respiratory treatment, oxygen therapy, medication, acupuncture, meditation, and herbal remedies.
