The FELDENKRAIS METHOD works holistically with the body to improve movement, reduce stress and enhance wellbeing.
THE FELDENKRAIS METHOD is a gentle approach to movement learning that enables you to explore and extend your range, co-ordination and ability at your own pace. Feldenkrais lessons are slow and relaxing, allowing time for body awareness to develop and for changes to be sensed and integrated in a satisfactory way. You can begin to develop more stability, flexibility and ease in your everyday activities. The Method is taught in two ways: group classes called "Awareness Through Movement" or individual sessions called "Functional Integration".
Awareness Through Movement classes are on Thursday evenings at 6.30pm. Please call for further information. Individual lessons are available by appointment on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
