The way we view the world and interact with it is a result of our internal belief system which has been shaped from the day we were born. Many of these beliefs no longer serve us well. However, we still act from them.

When most people think of hypnotherapy or hypnosis, they think of magicians and people clucking like chickens. That is not what a real hypnotherapist does! And although the effects of hypnosis can seem magical, it is actually very easy to understand and experience.
We are able to go into hypnosis because trance is already a part of our natural brain function. It is the ability to focus on one thing, to the exclusion of all other things.
Right now, for example, you are focusing your attention on reading this and have tuned out the sensations of your hands or your feet on the floor.
During your session, I will listen to your needs and then gently guide you into this natural trance state in which you relax and listen to my words. Your mind will be open to positive change, allowing your goals to become a part of your unconscious mind. You are always aware and in control and clients always comment how relaxed they are after a hypnotherapy session.
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a more active therapy in that there will be more dialogue. Depending on the needs of the client, I might use one therapy over the other or sometimes, such as with confidence issues, I may use a combination of the two therapies to elicit change.
or Tapping optimises your emotional health by addressing and eliminating negative emotions. When we experience negative emotions, our body's energy is disrupted. Physical pain and disease re often connected to negative emotions.
The healing concepts of EFT have beenpratised in Eastern medicine for over 5,000 years and is therefore a different approach than Hypnotherapy or NLP. The tapping techniques utilise the body's energy meridian points, much like acupuncture. By stimulating these meridian points you are influencing your body's energetic system to release the emotion and begin healing.
