Certified Sexological Bodywork (CSB)

Sexological Bodywork is a somatic practice that is done under the facilitation of a Certified Sexological Bodyworker with a focus on sexual and erotic education and expansion. Humans are creatures of habit and we live in a world where sex education is sub par, highly policed and the overconsumption of unrealistic porn perpetuates limiting neurological pathways to pleasure. 

The ethos of SexBod centers around empowering folk to get back into their bodies, try new things and find varied and explorative pleasure avenues. 

Once initial intake is completed, we speak about intentions for our practice and set up boundaries.  I will then suggest one or two options for our practice - whether it be touch based, meditation, breathing, dancing. There are limitless possibilities. We always wear gloves. We always set the duration for physical practice which is followed by a period of integration. We then speak about how the learning can keep happening outside the treatment room. 

Sessions are diverse and by learning tools you can take into your every day life and erotic/sexual practices, you will expand your level of awareness of your body and others. This practice is for anyone whose curious to reunite their body with their mind in order to have more expansive and pleasurable erotic life. 

This is a safe and ethical practice that is education focused. Clothing is optional in practice for the client and boundaries and intentions are always set.
