I am registered to provide Therapeutic Supports to slef managed NDIS clients and will be able to provide supports to other NDIS clients who are not self-managed in 2020.By developing together your personal "wheel of wellness" we can gauge your progress over time.

With experience and qualifications in nursing and mental health in the community, I will partner with you to develop a 360 degree strength-based plan for thriving, using tools that are easy to understand and help create goal based progress.

Ageing.

Getting older doesn't have to be a downhill slope- with some guidence it can usher in the best years of your life, full of yet untapped opportunities and hope. Togetehr we will challenge mindsets that hold you back, help you explore unrealised dreams and seek out ways to make them a reality and learn how to adjust comfortably to acceptance of the things that can't be changed.

With extensive experience in memory issues and aged care, I will bring my nursing background with compassion and understanding into the counselling.

Family meetings are available if you're struggling with future directions and plans for care and need to help your family understand what you want for your future. .
