Services Offered

Initial Naturopathic Consultation

As your Naturopath, Brittany will cover a broad range of topics that will interconnect with your health concerns, so you will gain an in-depth understanding of what is happening. 

When you book an initial consultation, a registration form will be emailed to you. For your consultation to be successful, you need to fill this out thoroughly. Make sure you do this at least 24 hours before your appointment. 

If any pathology testing was done recently or if you have other relevant data, please bring it with you or send it through email. 

The initial consultations last 90 minutes, during which she will gather all your detailed information. 

Following this, Brittany will assess your health goals and help you create a treatment plan to achieve them with changes you feel comfortable, knowledgeable and confident in implementing.

Follow-up Consultations

Follow-up consultations last 45 minutes, where Brittany adapts your prescription and treatment plan to ensure it is on track with your progress toward each health goal! 

These visits are crucial to ensuring your prescriptions work. In the event symptoms improve or change, prescriptions must be changed to address all underlying causes.

Acute Consultations

Consultations last 20 minutes and can be scheduled when you are experiencing symptoms that need short-term treatment such as colds and flu, urinary tract infection, or an allergy flare-up. During these consultations, immediate relief is provided, and additional treatment will require a follow-up visit. 

Patients may also receive acute consultations for immune system protocols to enhance immunity or for COVID vaccination assistance.

Flower Essence Reading

Since flower essences can be used independently or in conjunction with herbal and nutritional remedies, they offer a complementary approach to treatment. They are an energetic, vibrational medicine that works to bring about emotional changes and self-awareness. 

You can use them symptomatically during a stressful time, for grounding, when you feel disconnected from yourself, or for support during major life changes.

With flower essence cards, you can make a connection and choose your flowers through card reading. Through this process, you can make a stronger connection with the remedies and choose your own essences. 

After selecting your flowers, Brittany will discuss their purpose and why you are drawn to them before setting the intention for your remedy and creating your bespoke blend.
