Dear Carol,

Just to let you know that I am nearly a new woman!!

After doing my homework and visualising for 3 days my neck and shoulder pain has reduced a lot I woke up this morning at 6.30 and had so much energy. I started reading the 'water' book which is amazing, took Millie for an early walk, walked in Manly and, I kid you not, i feel like I was on something!!
