Donna is a qualified PACFA clinical registered Psychotherapist and Holistic Counsellor.

She has been offering confidential person-centered therapy sessions in Grafton over the past 5 years.

Donna draws from a range of strength based and holistic therapy modalities, focusing on emotional wellbeing, knowing yourself and how you relate to others and your place in the world.

Listening to your experience, Donna will support you in finding the right approach to suit your individual needs. Her aim is to provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space to resolve any issues impacting on your relationship with yourself, with others and on your quality of life.

Donna supports you to understand, process and regulate difficult emotions, gently exploring the source of your discomfort, whether it be in the past, present or future. Donna offers you skills and strategies for you to improve emotional regulation and resilience, and to maintain your own emotional health and wellbeing.
