What is Life NLP?

Neuro-linguistic Programming or NLP can be used to assist people to identify and alter unhelpful behaviours and thinking patterns and processes that are causing them to be stuck in their lifes or to adopt coping behaviours that they no longer want in their lifes, such as drinking, smoking or emotional eating.

It can also be used to change limiting beliefs or values that do not serve their higher purpose. Who has ever thought about a behaviour that one of their parent’s had and vowed that they would never adopt that behaviour when they grew up, only to one day find themselves doing the very same thing? We are conditioned as we grow up by the role models in our lifes and the impressions that this has made on us stay with us and conditions our thinking until we are able to identify these processes or patterns and change them.

By changing our internal processing systems NLP can be used to assist someone to quit smoking, stop eating processed foods or sugar-rich foods for example. It can be extremely powerful in assisting someone to discover the root of their issues in a very short time and change these so that the connections that have been created in the subconscious mind can be altered in a way that better serves them.

NLP is not concerned with content, or our story. It is solely concerned with process and emotions attached to that content, so it is not about re-telling the story over and over and expecting a different outcome, it is about changing the way we feel and think about what has happened and changing those things that make the difference.
