A coaching session is great for those who are really keen to reach their full potential and to explore their self-imposed limitations or perhaps unconscious blocks to whatever they are exploring. It’s a handy way to talk through something you are experiencing which often leads to realisations and also a game plan on how to resolve whatever it is that you are facing. Its such a valuable session, and self-empowering also because it’s you, the client who decides what steps you are ready to take. I, the coach just asks the questions for you to explore deeper. Such fun.

Mentoring sessions are great for those who feel they need some advice and skills shared with them on a particular topic. Perhaps health, personal development, spirituality, awareness, could be any topics like these that I have some experience in and I can then share of that with you. I have mentees that do weekly classes with me where we explore a new topic each week and theres some fantastic short courses that you can do to further explore your relationship with yourself, supported by myself and what I have learnt along the way on my journey.
