In our consult we will go through a thorough health history assessment where I ask you questions about your health. No part is separate from the rest of us so its all interlinked and is important when treating someone to ensure we are treating them as a whole person and finding the root cause of the problem. Which isn’t always obvious. Then a personalised treatment plan will be created for you, if not on the day it will be emailed to you to follow. You may be required to take some herbs or nutrients but that will be dependent on what is needed following your health history assessment.
Follow up appointments are to check in on you are going with your protocol and to answer any questions you may have about your treatment and to go through the next stage of your treatment plan. If changes are needed they will be made.
