Deborah is passionate about children’s health and nutrition and especially the effects of food additives and preservatives. As a mother of five children, Deborah understands that busy lifestyles can sometimes lead to rushed meals, poor food choices and even skipping meals. However, she can individually tailor meal planning and show simple strategies to ensure the whole family is eating fresh healthy whole foods and also how to incorporate dietary allergies and sensitivities into normal daily life.
Deborah, as a Naturopath, can work closely with other health care professionals and is trained to use both medical forms of diagnosis, as well as traditional forms, often utilising Iridology, among others, to combine the best of scientific evidence with traditional health care, incorporating a holistic approach. Deborah looks at all kinds of conditions from a different level to treat the symptoms, but also, to look for the ultimate cause of the problem.
