We hold regular workshops throughout the year which are specifically designed to deepen your understanding of yoga and improve your yoga practice by concentrating on your specific requirements.  

Retreats

We conduct 3 retreats each year and we will be putting the details of these retreats on our website as soon as the dates are confirmed and finalised. There is a new retreat house at Rosebud and we will be holding the next one after Easter so watch out. Our retreats have been an amazingly successful and are a perfect way to deepen your yoga practice by immersing yourself in an intensive yoga experience. It is held in a caring and supportive environment where we can concentrated on your specific personal requirements complimented by seawalks/bushwalks in a friendly holiday atmosphere.
