I’ve been passionantely teaching yoga in the Southern Highlands and Wollondilly Shire since 2004. I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. This guides my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and with their surroundings. I offer classes and private yoga sessions, as well as a yoga therapy based approach to help my clients achieve healthier bodies and minds.

Drop in classes are $20, discounts offered for multi-class and term passes. Mats are provided.

A class to get you inspired and energised for your week. Leave feeling refreshed.

Tuesday  Morning

9am - 10.30 am  

Start  the day with an energising yet gentle yoga practice

Thursday Evening

7pm - 8.30 pm

A perfect way to end the day. Wind down with movement, stretching, breathing and relaxation.


8 am - 9 am

Kick-start your weekend with yoga. A Vinyasa flow class.

Overlooking beautiful gardens, carpeted and heated for comfortable year round yoga. Just a wander up the path from the free off-street parking.

Yoga with Fiona will take you through a gentle practice that helps to create flexibility and balance to move you into your day with enthusiasm and strength.

Drop in classes are $25, term and multi-pass discounts offered. Mats provided.

One on One Classes

Yoga and Therapy

A one on one session where we work together using a broad range of yoga techniques to help identify areas to work on and  improve. Whether it be for physical limitations, recovery from injury, emotional well-being, which also covers anxiety or stress,  yoga therapy offers a wholistic approach.

Guided Meditation and Gentle Movement

Wednesdays at 5pm - 6pm

Meditation and Gentle  Movement is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together.

This class offers a way of relaxing the body and calming the thoughts of our ever present switched on mind. Fiona will take you through gentle movement and guided meditations whilst seated in a chair.

This class  is particularly beneficial for anyone limited in day to day movement ,  recovering from illness , surgery or simply looking for a gentle approach to exercise with the added benefit of meditation.

Qualification Details

Dru Yoga Teachers Diploma (4 years)
Fiona has been teaching since 2003 and brings to each class an understanding of how to help each person to work with complete awareness to individual body movements.
Passionate about the benefits of yoga and the immediate and profound effects it has on the mind and body, Fiona brings uniqueness to this centuries old practice, providing a sense of fulfillment and peace to all yogis (beginners to advanced).

Fiona regularly attends various workshops, post-graduate training and yoga retreats to constantly build and develop her skills, to ensure you receive the best possible understanding how to work with your own body.
