I have been a Holistic self-employed Therapist for 25 years. Constantly refreshing through training. Firstly training in NZ and Hong Kong in Skin Therapies, then in Sydney in Photobiomodulation with NIR Medical Lasers. I also sang professionally for 10 years which made me realize that singing is also a healing service to raise the vibration wherever you are.

Having studied Physiology and Nutrition, my work turned towards the power of the Mind as a positive tool for self-healing. Without the integration of the mind, physical body and our spirit, we are only half living. Only half happy. Our innate intuition can be trusted to feel where there is emotional, physical or Spiritual pain. Learning to express your "individual" feelings without fear or judgement is key to free the mind-body and spirit of emotional, physical or Spiritual congestion. Left unaddressed, may lead to dis-ease.

Studying Counselling interventions, Buddhist value systems and Transmission Meditation balanced with Physiology, Nutrition and Spiritual or Compassionate Intuition, allowed me to see where and why we feel our discomfort. Where and why we can all enjoy the heights of intuitive consciousness and awareness. The mysteries of a higher order? An Angelic countenance perhaps? A feeling of protection, hope. A buoyancy.

Near-death experiences, Loss, Grief and the Esoteric are all-encompassing. Expressing all of these feelings and thoughts is key to discovering what we can "uniquely accept" and how we can begin to sit comfortably with all that we are in this moment. All that which is now part of our own human tapestry, our integrated wholeness leaning towards hope, peace and joy, through the eternal spirit of our own Ancient Wisdom. Beckoning self-compassion and self-mastery. ??
