Hi I'm Bec, and I have been providing therapeutic massage in Warners Bay since 2018. I am a member of Massage and Myotherapy Association of Australia.
My passion is to help others to re-centre and restore their inner equilibrium, through masage. It is important to make the time to stop, reset and rejuvinate your body so you have less pain, more energy and better coping mechanisms for everyday life.
I combine the best elements of relaxation and remedial techniques to provide a deeply therapeutic experience. I use aromatherapy oils in all of my treatments to enhance the effects of the massage.
My treatments are designed to help you manage pain, rebalance mental health and stress, and to nourish the body and mind.
My treatment room is spacious and welcoming, a real sanctuary from the world outside.
I can tailor a treatment or treatment plan in line with your personal health goals.
