Ashley is the Director/Owner of Form and Functional Fitness. Ashley graduated from Murdoch University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Exercise Physiology. Ashley has been working in the fitness industry for more than 3 years and has worked in rehabilitation for 2 years now.

About Ashley Gilbert

Ashley is an avid sportsman and has played a wide range of different sports including; Baseball, Squash, Swimming, Handball, Ten-Pin Bowling, Australian Rules Football, Tennis, Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, Gaelic Football, Rockclimbing. Playing many of these sports has taken a large toll of his body. Ashley found sport is not always the best and most effective form of exercise. His new passion is Crossfit as you are able to challenge your body in many different forms and you complete exercises that challenge you in a functional manner.

Ashley works on the basis that concentrating on the body’s movement is integral as it will enhance flexibility, enhance the flow of blood and to help the body by strengthening the weaker muscles that may be causing an imbalance as you conduct your everyday activities.

Any individual is able to benefit from the exercise treatments that Ashley offers. Ashley’s knowledge and experience and background in exercise physiology background means he can best plan the correct exercise routine for you.
