Group Detox

The groups detox is a fun and a social way to clean out your body whilst feeling supported and maybe even making some new friends. It is a 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 week detox program (depending on what you want) consisting of an upfront 2 hour workshop and then following that a weekly social gathering social gathering with the group. The numbers in each group are limited to 12, booking are essential.

Pregnancy Workshop

This is a 2 hour workshop regarding everything that you need to know whilst you are pregnant. From all things supplement wise, food, listeria… natural remedies for common ailments from muscle cramps and heart burn. And of course essential nutrients for mother and for baby.
