Like most people, I ignored my aches until I could barely function! I found Function Physical Health in a google search and booked myself in for a same day appointment with Ali. He was so knowledgeable and explained how he was going to treat me. I had a better understanding of what could be causing my pain too. Ali worked on my trigger points and although I was in pain. he was gentle and careful. He also treated me with cupping, which is normally an extra service anywhere else, but he did not charge me and said it was a necessary part of my treatment. The benefits of my treatment were immediate, my 5 day long headache disappeared, my breath returned and my range of motion improved greatly! I found so much value in my session and I have already have booked in again. Cannot recommend them enough!

I had my first visit to Function Therapy today on the recommendation of a friend to try and get some relief from the pain and stiffness I suffer from a shoulder injury from a year ago. My first impression was of a very modern and professional clinic. Ali evaluated my injury and explained the treatment to me in a way I could easily understand. After treatment I was given exercise and stretches for my specific injuries. Highly recommended.

You get results! I've been having problems with my shoulders close to a year. I had tried other options but no real lasting results. In just the first visit I had increased mobility and reduced pain.

Ali explains the problem, how the therapy works and suggests mild exercises that assist in my recovery.
