Personal training at Fusion Wellbeing is about keeping you motivated and getting you past self-imposed limitations.


We encourage not just regular personal training but an exercise schedule with lots of variety. To assist our clients with this we also provide a range of exercise classes, and promote incidental exercise and an active lifestyle outside of the time you spend with us at Fusion.

Each session is devised for your body type, needs, goals and the time frame in which you wish to achieve your results, making your workouts more time efficient. We also make sure you are exercising safely to prevent injury. Whether you have pre-existing conditions or not, your workouts will be developed to avoid and alleviate health issues.

Your Initial Consultation


The personal training Initial Consultation is a 90 minute session consisting of an assessment of your current health, wellness and fitness. We look at your where you are at with exercise and nutritional habits, stress levels and stress management, injury history and current level of fitness.

This allows your trainer to get the best idea of where you’re at and how to get the best out of you in your sessions. It is essential to address all of these components to enable your trainer to give you the best possible guidance and to help you get the most of your training sessions and your time at Fusion Wellbeing.

At Fusion Wellbeing we use the Microfit® system which is made up of a health history check, wellness questionnaire and fitness assessment.

At the conclusion of this session, your trainer will discuss with you your results and their recommendations. You will then be given your results in a neat report to keep and refer back to at a later date to see your progress.


Personal Training Fees

    Initial Consultation 90 min - $110
    60 min one on one - $85
    45 min one on one - $70
    60 min one on two - $55 per person
Fees for private appointments are due at the time of service. For Personal Training and Exercise Classes, you may opt to pay for several sessions/classes at a time, e.g. for the coming week or month.

HICAPS facilities are available at the front desk for automatic claiming Dietetics through your private health fund. Some health funds also offer some rebate for Personal Training for which they usually require our Fitness Australia registration number. This can be found on your receipt.
