The Gestalt workshops I offer are one of the most powerful ways of accessing what it means to be human. As well as being financially good value, their strength lies in the value of group support and the presence of its members. Having a more profound understanding of what Gestalt is about also helps enormously in streamlining the value we get out of therapy.

In these workshops I explore the philosophy behind Gestalt in real and experiential ways through group exploration.

Experience

Since 1999 I have been involved in Gestalt therapy, having extensive experience using Gestalt experiments in theatre and music organisations. As well as individual and couples counselling, I also taught Gestalt Therapy as part of Counselling training courses at MSIT. For many years I have been interested in integrating "Fourth Way" approaches with Gestalt in group settings, which led to me teaching the "Enneagram" as a means to self-realisation.

Since 1997 I have been a member of Diamond Essence, an organisation led by the author of Almaas Books. My Gestalt practices have been strongly impacted by this approach.
