Your progress will be monitored utilising VLA Bio-impedance technology, a sophisticated machine and software program to assess your fat, muscle, fluid, cellular health and energy and biological age. The program will even calculate how much water you need to drink each day, along with a nutritional breakdown of calories, protein, carbs and fat.
