Progressive relaxation is an experience that anyone can benefit from. Regular practice achieves the best results. If you experience mild to serious stress, these sessions are perfect for you.

10 week course / or weekly drop ins
We ask that you wear warm, comfortable clothing. We provide blankets and pillows.
Bookings are essential.
