Helping you be
Healthier By Choice
Naturopaths are specialists in holistic healthcare. The aim of a Naturopath is to assist individuals to get well, prevent diseases, recover from health issues, and offer empowerment and education for a healthier, happier lifestyle.
Naturopathy involves the use of a number of natural therapeutic strategies as part of a holistic program, including nutritional medicine, herbal medicine, homeopathy, lifestyle and dietary practices, energy medicine techniques, and physical therapies.
Holistic Nutrition is a way to restructure your diet and lifestyle to better support the body's needs, in alignment with the outcomes you are seeking. Beneficial for those suffering from chronic recurrent illness, chronic infections, pain, degenerative disease, auto-immune diseases, gastrointestinal problems, SIBO, weight issues, diabetes (type 1 & 2), cancer recovery, and fertility. Supportive to the health and wellbeing of families, children, adolescents, adults and the elderly.
Herbal medicines help the body to regain control when things get out of hand. They are highly effective for antibiotic-resistant infections and help people recover from acute and chronic illnesses, supporting those going through cancer therapy, and people dealing with auto-immune conditions or other debilitating health conditions. Herbs really do help people feel better faster. (You can tell by the taste that they're good for you!)
We use resonance methods as part of our Naturopathic programs, allowing us to gain clarity on your body's strenghts and weaknesses. Suitable for children, adolescents, adults and the elderly.
Functional pathology testing helps us delve deeper into tricky healthy issues and can bridge the gap between mainstream pathological testing and broader functional testing.
Microbiome | Microbial | Cholesterol Subfractions | Full Thyroid Screening | Salivary Hormone Testing | Homocysteine | Gene screenings | Parasites | Allergies | Food Intolerances | and more.
Health advocacy supports people as they move through the medical system. Having a Naturopath by your side helps encourage discussion with medical professionals and bridges the gap between mainstream health care, and supporting the body's natural healing processes. This integrative support enables people to find their minimum effective dose of pharmaceuticals, while supporting the body to function and heal naturally. We work together to identify food sensitivities, connecting the person with the most anti-inflammatory diet that suits them, supports their nutritional status, and we use herbals to support the systems to function better.
Wonderful at helping people who are elderly, experiencing chronic disease or illness, weak, fatigued, or young. This supportive relationship brings together family and carers, with an advocate to bridge the chasm between what the patient or person needs, with the system at home, hospital and medical center.
When a family member is unwell, we can help by being there when you can't.
Health coaching allows us to support your progress, help with motivation and clarity, and overcome obstacles, from wherever you are. Great to have a half hour sessions in between your Naturopathic appointments, or if you hit a road bump and need to connect. Motivating, inspiring, educational and aligning, they help you navigate your health goals efficiently.
Reconnective Healing is an energy infusion supporting the body to an optimal state of energetic integrity. Like Reiki but incredibly amplified, Reconnective Healing accesses a more comprehensive bandwidth of new frequencies attuned to healing through energy, light, and information.
Bowen Therapy helps to manage physical issues in the body, working through the nervous system's feedback loop through the body's tissues, muscles, tendons, fascia, joints, nerves and ligaments. If nothing else has worked, give Bowen a go. It is one those therapies that people find works, when nothing else has.
We also use Laser Acupoint Therapy, Bioresonance and Scenar where needed. (Warburton clinic only)
