Two excellent treatment rooms/consulting suites are available for rent within an established physiotherapy practice located in East Brighton.

The rooms are suitable for:

The practice is positioned in a local shopping centre. Street parking available. Nearby petrol station.

The rooms are approximately 9-12 sq. m; The cost is $190 for the smaller room and $220 for the bigger room.

The smaller room has a window and is partly furnished; the larger room has reverse cycle air conditioning. Both rooms are in great condition.

There is a possibility for cross-referrals. Shared waiting area, reception area and staff room.

Very friendly working environment. Great team so far consisting of physiotherapists and an osteopath.

HICAPS and EFTPOS systems are available within the practice.
