Tony Russo
Practice Manager
Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Sciences)
Tony has a background in haematology and biochemistry and nearly 25 years experience working in both private and public hospital pathology. He has also had a sustained interest in nutrition and naturopathic medicine for many years and has successfully optimised his performance as a competitive martial artist by harnessing the power of clinical nutrition and supplements.
Tony is always happy to assist with nutritional or naturopathic questions in between consultations with Dr. Arletta Nikitiuk.
He has also experienced first-hand the value of Osteopathy, following treatment for injuries sustained due to the contact nature of his training. Luckily Tony had the foresight to marry an osteopath! He and Arletta are happily married and proud parents to Matthew and James.

Possessing more than 15 years practice experience in Melbourne, Dr Arletta is HealthQuest's principal practitioner. Dr Arletta's osteopathic, nutritional & naturopathic qualifications and experience and calm empathetic demeanour ensure you will receive the best possible care and a comprehensive approach to your individual condition.
Dr Arletta is a family-oriented practitioner and has a particular focus on women's health care such as pre- and post-natal care, gynaecological, and peri- & post-menopausal issues. She has also had great success treating infants and children with a range of health issues: colic, eczema, allergies, failure to thrive, developmental and neurological problems and scoliosis.
Dr Arletta is able to treat chronic illness: chronic fatigue syndrome, rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, thyroid dysfunction, type-2 diabetes, digestive ailments, food sensitivities, weight management, and many other health conditions.
Further areas of interest to Dr Arletta are: stress-related illness, anxiety and depression. She has supported many patients in the management of their conditions with natural medicine, whether they are on prescription medication (often side-effects can be alleviated using natural therapies) or whether they have chosen to take the path of natural therapies.
Additionally, Arletta has worked in fitness, personal training and rehabilitation for more than a decade and is able to treat acute and chronic pain and sports injuries.
Dr Arletta has held lecturing positions at Victoria University and was invited to contribute to PhD-level cancer prevention research at Swinburne University.
Christopher Shen

Psychologist Christopher Shen has a passion for high performance solutions for individuals and teams. Possessing a unique approach stemming from his experience with elite sport and personal development, Christopher has represented Australia in Freestyle and Greco-Roman Wrestling, competed in mixed martial arts and coached wrestling. He has also created corporate leadership programs, mentored senior executives and acted on television shows and advertisements.
Christopher’s approach is up-beat and engaging. His particular areas of interest are:

Gary Spencer

Naturopath, Bowen Therapist, Remedial Masseur
Gary Spencer's specialisation as a Naturopath is in Chronic Disease states, auto-immune issues, stress management, thyroid and liver disease, men's health, heavy metal toxicity, asthma and allergies. With more than 15 years experience as a Bowen and Massage Therapist, Gary treats headaches, jaw, neck and back pain, restricted movement, sciatica, aching legs, hip pain and other muscle / joint problems.
Gary is a qualified Bowen Therapy trainer and course facilitator for other professionals, encouraging the advancement of health and wellbeing. Gary provides wellness advice and discusses natural therapy options and solutions with the goal of getting you back to your best.
Sally Hetherington

Sally's enthusiasm and passion as a practitioner stems from having experienced first-hand, the results of Bowen Therapy. She has had a high level of success and progress with her clients' healing. No matter what the presenting condition is, Sally takes a holistic approach and has a sense of calm that she is able to impart to her clients' during treatment. Sally is delighted to be a member of the HealthQuest team and contribute to the ongoing health and wellbeing of its clients.
